Item 1222/150 Chairman’s Welcome
In the absence of the Chairman, the Vice-Chairman took the meeting at 5:58pm and welcomed everyone to the monthly meeting.
Item 1222/151 Public Forum
No Members of the Public were in Attendance and no Matters Raised under this Item.
Item 1222/152 Apologies & Acceptance for Absence
Apologies were received and accepted from the Chairman, Cllr Mr David Poulter, County & District Cllr Mr Daniel McNally and District Cllr Mr Paul Rickett.
Item 1222/153 Police Matters
No representative from the Local Neighbourhood Policing Team were in attendance. Apologies had been received from PC Holly Lloyd along with an update providing a summary of 0 crimes reported in November for the Parish.
Item 1222/154 District & County Councillor Updates
Apologies had been received, no updates to report and no matters raised.
Item 1222/155 Declarations of Pecuniary Interest in accordance with LGA 2011
None.
Item 1222/156 To Resolve as Minutes the record of the meeting held on the 7th November 2022
It was proposed by Cllr Mrs Poulter, seconded by Cllr Mrs Jackson and resolved that the Minutes of the meeting held on the 7 2022 were a true record. The Vice-Chair duly signed and dated the Minutes as a true record.
Item 1222/157 Chairman’s Report
The Vice-Chair had no specific matters to report.
Item 1222/158 Clerks Report
BT Kiosk – Awaiting connection from Northern PowerGrid.
Item 1222/159 Parish Councillor Reports
Cllr Mrs Jackson reported that the Remembrance Day service, a total of £5.00 was given in donations for the refreshments provided. The Parish Council gave thanks to Cllr Mrs Jackson for the organisation and provision of the refreshments.
A recent dog attack in the Parish was discussed and it was understood that further action by the victims of the attack were being taken.
Item 1222/160 Financial Matters
The Tree Guy – Grass-Cutting Services to the front of St. Peters Church for Remembrance Sunday - £40.00
Robert Chatterton Invoice for the Grass-Cutting Services to the Jubilee Field for 2022 - £210.00 (7 x Cuts at £30.00 per cut)
It was proposed by Cllr Mrs Poulter, seconded by Cllr Mrs Benton and resolved to pay the above invoices.
Item 1222/161 Planning Matters
No Planning Matters.
Item 1222/162 Highway/Lighting/Footpath Matters
Cllr Mrs Benton reported that the footpath outside of Gander Patch has yet to be repaired.
Item 1222/163 Jubilee Field & St. Peters Church
The Clerk has contacted Tudor Ground Maintenance chasing the quote for the grass-cutting at St. Peters Church. No response has been received.
Robert Chatterton has confirmed that he will be able to provide the grass-cutting services for the Jubilee Field in 2023.
The Christmas Get-Together on Sunday 11th December 2022 was finalised with a set-up time agreed along with agreement to decorate the Church for Christmas on Friday 9th December.

The next Parish Council Meeting will be held on Monday 9th January 2023 commencing at 6pm with the Public Forum.
