Members of Public Six Members of the Public were in Attendance
Public Forum: Cllr Mrs Poulter welcomed members of the public who had attended to show their interest in joining a South Somercotes Youth Council. Cllr Mrs Poulter had received information and advice from the Lincolnshire Youth Council team which holds approx. seven meetings per year and circulated the information. Unfortunately, a response from the British Youth Council had not yet been received. A good amount of interest has been received from young members of the Parish. The Youth Council would require at least four members and at present there are six interested. The Youth Council would not be part of the Parish Council but would run alongside hosting meetings on the same night at a time that would be suitable. Cllr Mrs Poulter is happy to help run the Youth Council but would need support. The Chairman is also happy to support but would welcome other volunteers to assist where possible. A member offered their help which was appreciated and noted. Relevant Safe-guarding and Consent Forms will be drafted.
