South Somercotes Annual Parish Meeting Saturday 18 May 2024 from 2pm till 4pm.
Clubs and societies attedning the meeting will be North Somercotes WI, Somercotes Bowls Club and Can't Sing Choir.
The Annual Parish Meeting is a meeting of the electorate and not a meeting of the Parish Council. It is an opportunity for electors to meet with the Council and hear about the achievements of the Council over the past year. This meeting of the electorate gives opportunity to all residents to raise issues and ask questions pertaining to the council activities. The Annual Parish Meeting is held every year between 1st March and 1st June typically in South Somercotes in May. This year we have included clubs and socities in the local area.
It is a chance to meet our councillers and local ts your chance to speak to the parish council all welcome.
